I like HKUST 2x better. I decided to join their Rugby team and last night was their first training. It was sooo much fun :D The game itself is great, but the conditioning sucks :( Even though I go to the gym, I don't do much cardio anymore so it makes me out of shape in terms of running for long periods of time. But I'm looking forward to it!
Today in class, one of the guys I met said: "You're from the U.S...? But you look Asian." LOL, there are Asians everywhere man.

Victoria Harbor
Since we've already seen Victoria Peak, we decided to see the buildings from another view at Victoria Harbor. Such a tourist spot but then again I am a tourist! The Avenue of Stars is also there but we didn't see any cool statues. It sure does beat Hollywood's Walk of Fame.
such cute lanterns :D
Caliburger
Caliburger is supposed to be an In-n-Out copycat. It doesn't taste anything like it - the fries were thicker and not good, the thousand island is not even thousand island -_- So disappointing. Now I crave In-n-Out!!! But for a regular burger it's not bad. Seriously the day I get back I'm getting In-n-Out. I'm almost sure there's one like 5 minutes from LAX. Only 3 more months :'(

Windsurfing
We went windsurfing in Sai Kung today. It was so much fun, but at the same time really difficult. The water was extremely warm and salty... that I didn't like at all. You have to stabilize yourself on the surfboard and figure out which way the wind is blowing, then change your sail so you catch the wind and actually move. I fell down at least 3 times but after an hour or so I have to say I was pretty good! :D

Macau
Macau is known as "The Vegas of the East." I don't agree with that; Vegas is 10x better. But here are some interesting things I visited/did.
The ferry to Macau. Got super seasick :(
Largo de Senado
Macau Tower & Convention. The view was amazing. We did the skywalk which took us 764 ft up! I was super nervous being out there but it made me want to bungy jump... Maybe next time! (I was wearing a dress and they made me change into an ugly orange jumpsuit -_-)

Taiwan!
I loved Taiwan. It was so clean, not crowded, locals were extremely friendly and helpful, everything was cheap, and I could actually communicate... Taiwan's subway was the first time I really used public transportation. I have only ever used LA's train either once or twice in my life, so their subway was something new to me. I got lost every day because I didn't know which line I was taking and where I should get off. Even when I did manage to get off the right exit, I had a difficult time finding exactly where the location is. Driving is a lot easier to me and you can get somewhere pretty much easily and whenever you want, but I must say after driving so much this summer I really enjoy using public transportation. Here are the highlights from Taiwan!

Peanut Ice Cream, not good without the ice cream
Got a free upgrade to Business Class :D
Dropped my ice cream...
Din Tai Fung :') How cute is the chicken!!
I loved these cheap lunch boxes
Wulai Hot Springs was so relaxing. The locals were extremely friendly here and the experience was definitely something to remember!
Before I dropped my 1ft. tall ice cream :(
View from inside Taipei 101. We didn't realize we could go outside until it closed... Pretty disappointing.
Rice and beef noodle soup from Yong-Kang beef noodle. Mandarin Noodle House is still my fav!
Fisherman's Wharf
Nothing really much to see/do, wouldn't recommend going
Peanut Ice Cream, not good without the ice cream
I think this was a beef wrap it was pretty good + watermelon juice
The infamous oyster omelet that took forever to find was really not that appetizing :(
Raohe Night Market
Scored some good deals on apparel and got myself a new suitcase,
but most importantly I learned and practiced bargaining!
